My Vacation in Pictures!

My first stop was to play in Disney World for a few days.....

I played with Dinosaurs and ran all over Disney world....

After a week of wearing myself out...I boarded the Carnival Mircle for a week of fun and...

Some adult beverages....

We stopped in Crand Cayman, Cozumel, Belize, Costa Maya...Did you know that in Belize that English is the first language. In Cozumel, Belize and Costa Maya I took tours to look at all the ancient Mayan Ruins. Some of them were off limits to people walking on them and others were open to having people walk on them.

In Cozumel there were guys that were dressing up in "authentic" clothing and you could take pictures with them...

There were some of the most gorgeous beaches I have ever laid eyes on....

Wow, can you believe some of the incredible beauty that is out there?

Simply gorgeous....I love taking pictures of nature, can you tell?

Oh and did I mention that I made many new friends while on this trip....

Unfortunately they wouldn't give me a phone # or address to stay in touch.....

Wow! Looks great!

We did a cruise for my MIL's 85th birthday (her idea) and visited some of the places you did. The Mayan ruins were a highlight, as son and his girlfriend and I got a cabby to drive us 2 hours to some off the beaten path. Great experience. Also did a submarine dive off Cozumel that was amazing.

What a great vacation! I am so jealous as I look out at the sleet here...

Is that 2nd to last picture of Dirk?? I thought he was in Ohio, but maybe he gets around more than we think.

Sorry. I've had a couple of adult beverages myself tonight... ; )

Great pictures. It looks like you had an amazing time. I want to go swimming and fishing in that crystal clear water.

Wizened - Love those adult beverages! The cruise was so much fun and the Mayan ruins were so much fun, and we had an awesome guide. He was part Mayan and gave us so much history and taught us some of the language.

Corky - the water awesome, a bit nippy, but once you were in there was no turning back!

Looks like so much fun. I want to go to Disney World. I don't know about a cruise. I keep going back and forth about whether or not I want to do that. But, it looks like fun.

Awww man! My hair stood on end looking at the pics of the beach & waterfalls & that tree! We are lucky you didn't get lost down, fall in love with some wild beast & never come back!
opposite of jay, i'd go for the touring cruise & skip Disney ... if I had to choose.
I am saving my pennies, nickels & dimes once again for that cruise that I have never been on!

Anne - It was gorgeous. My pictures don't do it justice.

Susan - It was so much fun...ahhh, I am ready to do another cruise.

Em - Yes, I want another vacation...soon.

Jay - You can take your pimpness on a cruise with me and I will show you how to have a blast.

SKL - save, save, save...the cruise was the best part of the trip.

Echo - that was in Cozumel. The tour guide told us that Subway is the only American company that has built in that area...No McDonalds.

Chucky - And here I thought you were gonna stow away in my suitcase???

i am so sorry to hear about baron. i only peripherally knew about him...he had commented some on my blogs and...he seemed like such a wonderful person. although i did not know him...this really upset me to hear this news...he was so young. this makes me remember to live each day to the fullest and to be grateful as you never know. you are a a special person and the truest kind of friend to write your tribute to him.

it is something...the whole world is right here on your blog...friendships...life...death.

anyway...i am glad to be back into blogging and it is very good to see you again.

Damn! I knew I should have begged to be put in your suitcase!

Look at how much fun you had! I am sooooo jealous!

And look at you in that black dress! I LOVE IT!!! So beautiful you are!

I have to admit, not having your new friends give you there phone number would leave me a little sad but then again, would you really want them trying to use the phone? It could be a little dangerous! **snicker**

Take care,
Chal
